FAQ: Are there probes and probe kits available for the N6700 power modules?

There are no probes or probe kits for the N6700 series power modules.

The N6700 series power modules come with connectors that allow wires to be attached. These connectors are shipped with the modules and are available from Keysight or other commercial vendors. Refer to http://literature.cdn.keysight.com/litweb/pdf/5969-2937.pdf#page=25 for connector part numbers.
